With over 20 years of experience in the securities industry, Michele brings a deep well of knowledge and expertise that will significantly benefit both our clients and our advisory team. Michele held senior leadership roles at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) within the Private Funds Unit. Her extensive background in regulatory compliance and private funds, coupled with her leadership excellence, makes her an invaluable addition to our team. Michele’s direct experience with regulatory authorities equips her with a unique perspective on the challenges and intricacies our clients face.

In her new role, Michele will help lead and grow our practice with a focus on leading tech-enabled mock regulatory examinations and compliance program reviews.
