Honoring the Legacy of Michael Lehman
It is with profound sadness that we share the news of Michael Lehman’s passing, following a brave battle with cancer.
As the co-founder of Decryptex, which was acquired by ACA Group in 2016, Michael played a pivotal role in the development of our Market Abuse Surveillance Technology, a cornerstone of ACA’s ComplianceAlpha® platform today. His innovative vision and dedication elevated our trade monitoring and surveillance solutions, setting new benchmarks for regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
Michael’s career spanned more than two decades, during which he held key positions at some of the most prominent firms, including Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, and Moore Capital Management. He brought a wealth of experience and leadership to every role, always driven by a passion to deliver impactful, cutting-edge solutions to clients. At ACA, Michael led sales efforts within ACA’s Technology Solutions business, helping us forge strong relationships with asset managers and financial firms globally.
Beyond his professional achievements, Michael was a trusted colleague, a respected leader, and a generous mentor to many. His warmth, intelligence, and unwavering commitment to integrity set him apart as a person and a professional. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of working with him.
