In partnership with our Women's Empowerment (WE@ACA) Employee Resource Group, we are thrilled to embark on a journey of recognition, empowerment, and advocacy for gender equality and inclusion.
The 2024 theme for International Women's Day, "Let's Inspire Inclusion," resonates deeply with our commitment to fostering a workplace where diversity thrives, and every voice is heard. International Women's Day, observed on March 8th, is not just a date on the calendar; it's a rallying cry for accelerating women's equality across social, economic, cultural, and political spheres.

Our WE@ACA Employee Resource Group plays a pivotal role in championing gender equality and fostering a collaborative environment where all individuals feel valued and supported. Comprised of dedicated members from across our business units, WE@ACA provides training, learning opportunities, and a platform to address biases and inequalities.

About WE@ACA’s Employee Resource Group
Our Women’s Empowerment Employee Resource Group was formed to create a support network that empowers women and establishes a more collaborative environment by providing training and learning opportunities across the firm. This group also generates awareness and identifies solutions across ACA on unbiased and biased inequalities between men and women.
ACA’s employee resource groups foster positive and inclusive environments for all employees and provide an opportunity to build relationships.
