ACA Technology Incorporates Compliance ELF into ComplianceAlpha
Expands ACA's regulatory technology offerings
ACA Technology Solutions, a division of ACA Compliance Group, today announced the availability of Compliance ELF (Employee Level Filing), a code of ethics, personal trading, and employee compliance management solution. ACA recently completed the acquisition of Cordium and its technology product suite, which includes ELF. ELF is available as a module of ComplianceAlpha®, ACA’s risk and compliance management platform, or as a standalone solution.
ELF provides CCOs and compliance teams with an integrated solution for managing their firm’s code of ethics compliance activities related to employee personal securities trading monitoring, attestations, reporting on gifts, political contributions, and outside activities, and more.
Key features include:
- Process automation – Streamlines the monitoring of employees’ trading activity through automatic pre-clearance approvals or denials, screening list capabilities, and automated trade review;
- Powerful reporting – Generates trading summaries and compliance review reports of all employees for easy tracking across business lines;
- Notifications, attestations, and questionnaires – Allows employees to submit gift and entertainment notifications, political contribution notifications, outside activity approvals, disciplinary questionnaires, fitness and proper questionnaires, and compliance attestations; and
- Electronic brokerage links – Includes links to over 4,000 brokerage institutions worldwide for easy trading data capture and allows for the use of both aggregated and direct broker feeds.
