A paid week off for ACA employees in July, recognizing their going above and beyond in another challenging year.

Wind back to Spring 2020 when the onset of COVID-19 saw firms globally shut their offices, little did we know that nearly two years on, we’d still be feeling the effects of the pandemic.

And while governments, businesses, schools and wider infrastructure are starting to relax rules and return to a ‘new normality’, there is no doubt that the past few years have created an environment where those in the corporate workforce have started to rethink work on all levels: not just when, where, and how we work, but even how work fits in with the rest of our lives.

At ACA, we recognize that the past year has been another extremely challenging and trying one for our employees. We also understand that our employees have whole lives, and that work is just one component of those lives.

To this end, we are reinstating a concept we introduced last year. We are providing employees with one week of paid time off to Rest, Recharge, and Renew. Between July 4-8, 2022, most of our employees will be able to enjoy extreme flexibility and the time to collectively disconnect from work and spend the time however they need to. For those providing coverage to our clients during that week, they will be granted a week off at another time.

We thank our employees for their continued dedication to ACA and our clients. We hope that this time will help them to feel refreshed and revived when they return to work on July 11, 2022.
